BSOD only playing Assassin's Creed, BCCODE: 116

Hello! I'm getting mad for this
I've treated so badly my pc since 2010, the year when it was assembled. It has been powered on for hours, even for a whole night, but ONLY after installing Assassin's Creed III it is doing continuous BSOD after 5 minutes playing. I mean, after some first quiet hours of game, it has suddenly become impossible to play and I really don't know why. The monitor turns itself off randomly and when I manually restart, a message says "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown", Error: BlueScreen, BCCode: 116.

    Here's my system info:
    AMD Athlon(tm)II X3 445 Processor 3.10 GHz
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit (SP 1)
    4.00 GB RAM
    nVIDIA GeForce GT 430

I've uploaded the zip file derived from SF Diagnostic Tool. Hope it helps.

Your installations of both Office and Windows appear to be counterfeit.
Your motherboard appears to be a retail one - but the Windows Product Key and SLIC table indicate an OEM installation for an ASUS Notebook.
The Office installation is using a Blocked Volume License Key.

I know my father only hinted some general characteristic to the shop, they have done the rest :/ Incredible, now I can't even claim. Is for this reason that AC crashes?
p.s.: what is a OEM installation?

You can still demand restitution from the shop - under threat of being reported to the legal authorities, for piracy, fraud, and whatever other charges you can think of.
Is there a COA sticker on the case - for any version/edition of Windows?
It's difficult to know whether the errors you're experiencing are the result of the hack.
It may be a simple misconfiguration, or a damaged file - but it may also be that the hack is interfering in such a way as to cause your problems.
Unfortunately there are a large number of possible hacks that could have been used, and some are less benevolent than others, and bring in malware with them, or system settings which leave the system vulnerable.
The only way to be certain is a reformat and reinstall with known-genuine media and Key.

The fact is that Assassin's Creed Revelations, the previous and other games didn't have any crash and they work more or less in the same way as this.
But if I ask for restitution after three years, I'm not sure they'll give me back anything xD
And no, it seems there's any COA sticker, but I thought it was just because it's assembled.
