    please do the following:

Enable driver verifier and allow it to crash your computer then upload the new files:

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Tip: If you cant boot windows normally after enabling driver verifier boot in to safe mode and then disable driver verifier.

Next please run Memtest86+ and let it run for at least 8 passes:

    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Hi aa87bb,

Apart from the steps shared by Dsprague, you may also want to try the following 'Microsoft Hotfix' to see if that helps: Stop error code 0x0000003B (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION) on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 when you use some IEEE 1394 devices

    Hope this helps.

Hi again enabled driver verifier booted to desktop and within seconds its crashed to a unresponsive black screen.Went into safe mode disabled and attached updated crash logs.

Ran memtest86+ for a few hours no errors.

It looks like it didn't generate a new dump file please inure that your computer is configured to generate minidumps but following this tutorial to step six:

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Then once you are sure it is configured properly please run verifier again. Also please follow the advice Saurabh A gave.

Just checked system properties -> startup and recovery and all the tick boxes are already ticked under system failure and write debugging information is set to "kernel memory dump".

Regarding that hotfix that Saurabh A posted I ran it and it said "the update is not applicable to your computer" .

Tip: Do this over night it will take a long time.

    Hi aa87bb,

'STOP 0x0000003B' could occur due to system services, device drivers or a failing memory.

If the test on memory passes, you may try a 'clean startup' to see if that helps: Perform a clean startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your game or program

If the issue persists, you may also try updating/re-installing 'display drivers'.

    Hope this helps.
