had a bsod on startup today copyed down the stop code -
    stop 0x000000c9 (0x00000000000023e, 0xFFFFF880099F6040,0xFFFFF9800348c10 , 0x000000000000000)
    DB3G. SAYS -ADDRESS - FFFFF880099F6B40 base at FFFFF880099F3000, DATESTAMP 436ef527

    then tried to use windows repair which brought up - unkown bugcheck c9 paramaters = 0x23e , 0ffffff880099F6b40 , 0xfffff9803348c10, 0x0

also i have attached the sump files now using sf

    DRIVER_VERIFIER_IOMANAGER_VIOLATION (c9)
The IO manager has caught a misbehaving driver.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 000000000000023e, A driver has marked an IRP pending but didn't return STATUS_PENDING.
Arg2: fffff880099f6b40, The address in the driver's code where the error was detected.
    Arg3: fffff98003348c10, IRP address.
    Arg4: 0000000000000000, Status code.
    Debugging Details:
    ------------------
    4: kd> lmvm DB3G
    start end module name
    fffff880`099f3000 fffff880`099f8280 DB3G T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: DB3G.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\DB3G.sys
    Image name: DB3G.sys
    Timestamp: Mon Nov 07 00:33:11 2005 (436EF527)
    CheckSum: 0000B007
    ImageSize: 00005280

This is what I found on DB3G.SYS; Diamondback USB Optical Mouse Driver from Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte Ltd.

See if you can find an up to date driver. Since you didn't include the rest of the debug information in your upload file, I can't verify the driver to any hardware on your system.

    Probably caused by : DB3G.sys ( DB3G+3b40 )

DB3G.sys Mon Nov 07 00:33:11 2005 - Diamondback USB Optical Mouse Driver from Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte Ltd.
usbfilter.sys Wed Dec 15 04:34:49 2010 - USB Filter Driver from Advanced Micro Devices Inc.

    Update these drivers.

i updated db3g (razer dimondback 3g) it seemed to overwirte the original driver .... which was the same one ... this morning... no blue screens yet today

im guessing the usb filter is due to the fact u can macro buttons on the side of the mouse?
