BSOD while playing HotS Beta; Device driver attempting to corrupt

The past couple of days I have started to run into Blue Screens of Death. Up until this point I have been getting "Attempt to reset display driver failed". I ran a chkdsk last night, attempted to run Heart of the Swarm again, and this time I recieved "A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. The faulty driver currently on the kernel stack must be replaced". Honestly not sure how to go about this... logs and such attached to post.

It appears that you have a counterfeit install of windows, your Product key is for an Acer system but you seem to be using an OEM board where did you get your windows install from?

...A friend sold me the copy before he moved. That's lovely to find out

EDIT: If I ordered a new copy, would that help solve the problem?

That would be best, hacked versions of windows are unpredictable and a fresh install of a legal copy will do good.

Alright then, thanks for the help. If I could ask just one last quick question; will I need to do anything special to keep my programs and such? Or is it just put the CD in, run it, and it'll give me a prompt orr..? Haven't had to do this before.

Clean Install Windows 7

Do a Clean Installation if:

Your computer has no operating system installed, or it’s running a version of Windows prior to Windows Vista with Service Pack 1 (including Windows XP).
You do NOT want to preserve your data, programs, or system drivers.
You want to delete your current operating system and replace it with Windows 7.
You want to create a multiboot system by installing Windows 7 on a separate hard disk partition.

Bit worried about that since I do want to preserve my data and programs... I know when I installed this from windows XP it made a folder named windows.old that shoved all the old stuff into, would this happen in this case? Or will I need to back things up.

If you have data you want to save you can simply take the files and store them on an external drive or a non-system drive, but when you re-install your operating system, especially when trying to get rid of a hacked install you will not be able to keep any of your programs, you will need to format the drive to insure that all the files are gone.
