    BSOD, Two in a Row

    Hello,
I was using my computer (this is not the one that I usually post issues about, this is ANOTHER one) when I was hit by a BSOD. So I booted up and downloaded the SevenForums Diagnostics Tool for BSOD dump retrieval. Then, I was hit by ANOTHER BSOD. I remember that right before one of the BSODs, I saw a message flash from MSE that "it was not active and protecting your computer because the MSE service was stopped", and then the BSOD hit.
SFC Diagnostics Tool files are attached.
Also, when I booted up after the second BSOD, there was a window saying that your system unexpectedly shut down, and this text was in it:

    Code:
    Problem signature:
      Problem Event Name:	BlueScreen
      OS Version:	6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
      Locale ID:	1033

    Additional information about the problem:
      BCCode:	a
      BCP1:	0000000000000020
      BCP2:	0000000000000002
      BCP3:	0000000000000000
      BCP4:	FFFFF8000289BA21
      OS Version:	6_1_7601
      Service Pack:	1_0
      Product:	768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
      C:\Windows\Minidump\031313-18735-01.dmp
      C:\Users\L0L\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-36020-0.sysdata.xml
It mentioned the file at C:\Users\L0L\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-36020-0.sysdata.xml, which I also attached.
BTW, this computer is running VISTA 64-bit.
