BSOD clean install after SSD installed

I have been reading through the forum trying to get help on my BSOD error that has been happening recently after doing a clean install of Win7 Home 64 bit. I did this bc of adding a SSD to my system and my recovery discs wouldn't work since it detected that it was a new configuration. Here are a few of the descriptions after Windows reboots:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1000009f
    BCP1: 0000000000000004
    BCP2: 0000000000000258
    BCP3: FFFFFA8009A4FB50
    BCP4: FFFFF80006DB63D0
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\021513-27955-01.dmp

After running windbg and memtest I still have the error but now instead of BCCode: 1000009f it is BCCode: 9f.

Attached is results from SF Diagnostic and a notepad file with results from windbg and the BSOD error code I would get once rebooting.

    PLeas try updating this driver:

    Driver Reference Table - hcw72ATV.sys

it can be updated from here: Hauppauge Computer Works : Support

or if it is from a program that you don't use any more uninstall the program.

Thanks for your help. I am going to install the driver now and see if it helps. It was listed more than once in Windows updates, but I don't know if it was the most current version. I am assuming I need it for my USB TV tuner from HP, which is manufactured by Hauppauge. By the way, what led to this conclusion? I was trying to debug myself but don't do a whole lot of it but would like to know what to look for. Most of my computer/programming experience is in writing code for mathematical numerical models. Thanks again.

Alright Had a look over your new files, It is throwing a weird power state failure that I can not seems to analyze, with a quick googling around for the reason why it appears that for whatever reason the particular symbols used by the driver is not public. But that will not stop us, so Since the problem has arisen since the addition of an SSD pleas:

Insure that the Firmware is up to date, you can check the manufacturer's page for firmware updates.

Check to make sure that the power and SATA cables are seated properly

EDIT: After another another BSOD analyst took a look at the dumps he pointed out to me that your Ralink RT2860 series Wireless LAN Card driver is also causing problems, you can update the drivers from here:

    Haupage update causing BSOD

Well after doing another clean install, this time using my upgrade disc of Windows 7 Ultimate, I believe I have found the culprit. I held off on installing a Windows Update from Hauppage for my TV tuner. After all service packs and drivers were update I installed this one optional update. Sure enough, a few hours after the update I had 2 more BSODs. After restoring from the recovery point before the update I have been good for almost 24 hours. PC has gone to sleep and no issues so far.

I hope this is will fix the issue for good. Thanks for your help.

Attached is info on update, not to much given from Windows update.

Glad we could help out and it sounds like the manufacturer simply put out a bad update. Thanks for letting us know.
