    BSOD, rebooting during bugcheck

I have been getting the BSOD the past week.

Previously I got the BSOD that was caused by the GPU, I replace my GPU with a new one. But I am getting the BSOD again. Windows is saying it an unexpected error and PC checkup is saying it is a bugcheck problem

I regularly scan my PC for malware/virus

If my dump file is missing something, I'll dump it again

    I appreciates any help.

Have you reinstalled windows after installing the new GPU?

I have not reinstalled windows. I got an OEM windows so I am not sure if it is even possible to reinstall windows.

I got the new GPU about a month ago and the BSOD only started a week ago. For the GPU, I uninstalled the old drivers, installed the card, and then the new driver.

Before I consider reinstalling windows. Does the dump file say what the cause of the BSOD may be?

Also I have a dell PC, but I am not sure what those special notes at the bottom in your link is saying.

They blame your video card/video drivers again. So I was thinking a clean install of the OS would be a good option since you added new hardware.

You can ignore the notes there if they are unrelated to your issue.

The weird thing is in the past I used AMD and got the BSOD. Then I switched to Nvidia and I had no problems. Now I switched back to AMD and started getting problems again. So I was wondering maybe the current AMD drivers are causing the problem.

I will try to restore my PC to factory setting and install the newest drivers. Hopefully it solves the issues and I won't need to reinstall windows.
