BSOD Playing Path of Exile -- 0x00000050

    Hi All,

Started playing Path of Exile about a week ago and I am getting habitual BSOD as I enter a few areas in the game. The dump happens every time I try to access a zone more than 1 away area from the Forested Town in Act 2.

It is always 0x00000050 Memory Dump

I have attached the SF Folder the Diagnostic Tool Created - SF_17-02-2013-LP81.zip

Please ignore all the dumps from 2012 as that was all the issues you guys already solved back when I first built this Computer. Only the Dumps from February 2013 are applicable,

Hopefully this is a quick fix like some other strings I saw on the PoE BSODs

    Thanks

I've run four of your dumps and running the rest in a while. So far the BSOD-s seem to be consistently caused by your Creative Audio Driver (WDM) driver and Creative 20X HAL (WDM) drivers. Looks like your sound device is creating the issue.

You should try updating the drivers and see if that improves the situation:
    Code:
    lmvm ctoss2k
    start end module name

I got worried for a moment when I went to creative's site and saw I had the Choice of "Windows 8" or "Windows Vista"... Saw the Vista Version was identical to what I installed back in May of last year and was scared there was no support for my sound card. Luckily I saw the Win 8 version was also the Win 7 version published in January of 2013.

Please mark this as Solved. Thanks koolkat77
