Usually factory overclocked is perfectly stable, so shouldn't be a problem. I'm just wondering about the GPU memory errors. Have you run Ungine Heaven 3.0 or 4.0 or Mark 3D 11? Try running those with Ungine set everything to Max values and run Mark 3D 11 in the preset performance mode. Mark 3D is a paid program, but you can use it for a 30 day trial. Ungine is free. They will pretty much max your card out. Also, you should be using temp monitoring programs and set fan profiles for your card to keep it below 70C. The Keppler cards will throttle at 70. Keep a close watch on your GPU temps and CPU temps. I am sure Asus has a utility for fan profiles as well as temps, or you could use MSI Afterburner and use Core temp or Real Temp for your CPU.

Min FPS:14.1

I think you came out pretty well. Take a look at this. It's the last few pages about Heaven 4.0 the rest are 3.0. When you look at the scores look at the presets and system specs.

That way you don't have to be so concerned on how you split them up. I don't know prices or what is available where you are, but I always recommend Corsair, Seasonic or Antec PSUs. They are more expensive, but very high quality and will put out the volts they say they do, unlike many of the cheaper brands. Your system should run OK with a 750W PSU of one of those brands.
Yes mate and look for the 12v+ rail amps rating that is the main thing I look for - you can work out the watts by Ohms law so 12v (+) rail volts X rail amps = total watts
EXAMPLE ONLY - side sticker says 12v at 32 amps so 12v x 32 amps = 384 watts. The other rails also can be worked out to give you a total wattage but the 12v rail is the main consideration.
