The installation of Windows is counterfeit - the machine was manufactured 18 months before Window 7 was released, but claims to have a factory install of Win7 Pro..

For what version and edition of Windows is the machine licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case??

The solution to your problem is to clean reinstall using licensed media and key.
