    BSOD after sleep/hibernate


    I've been experiencing failed sleep and hibernate on my laptop for 2months now and i dont really know what have been causing the problem. sometimes, my laptop sleeps successfully, but most of the time it doesnt.. :c

    so here's the error code of my most current try..

    i checked the driver and tried to update it but it says it's updated already even before but the problem persist.

    Update your System Specifications with Speccy, and then copy this information into your System Specifications: Go to your UserCP, and then select Edit System Spec in the left pane. Copy the information from Speccy into the required fields. These System Specifications will then follow your every post.

    Please also upload a .NFO file:

    Start > Type: msinfo32 > File, Save

    good day mr blue robot, thanks for acknowledging my message, i did the system specs already, but whenever im trying to upload the nfo file it say its not a valid file,
    so i uploaded it somewhere else... sorry if im not ff directions T_T but NFO is not in the list of the attachable files.

    Create a zipped folder and then place the .NFO file into the folder. Upload the folder in your next post.

    If you have Acer laptop, then why are using a Dell Wireless Driver?

    Here is the Support page for your system:

    Although, bcmwl664.sys is for a Dell Wireless card.

    i installed the
    Wireless LAN Broadcom Wireless LAN Driver 5.100.235.19 31.7 MB 2011/07/05

    i'll see if it'll work :)
    will post here again if the problem remains :)
