    Hi,

    Please reconfigure windows to collect the correct info as there are no dump files in your zip.
    You want small memory dumps - "MiniDumps"

    Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

    Please perform the following:

    1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

    2. Run the tool, and then click 'Copy' - ignore any errors if they appear

    3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the tool here in your next reply

    The MGADIAG log does not contain IP address, username or other personally idetifiable information. The product key in the MGADIAG report is hashed so it cannot be used by anyone.
