Did you remove Norton? :)

I would suggest updating the drivers the utility found, and for the Intel Storage Drivers:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=21730

I know they state they are for Vista, XP...but should work for you.

You want File name iata_enu.exe
