Disable verifier and observe the situation.

Well I've crashed a couple of times. Then I reinstalled my video driver because it seemed to be acting up.

There are no dump files. Configure the system to collect "Small memory dumps" following: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

BTW, can you try different sticks of RAM?

I haven't had any blue screens in the past few days, but there's definitely still a problem. The video card seems to be acting up, or something related to it. The screen bugs out and it kind of looks like a couple row of pixels were shifted to the side like this, and I have to turn off the computer by pressing the button.

I've run chkdsk a couple of times, it hasn't seemed to have helped much. The first one was manually scheduled by me and it seemed to be fixing things, but the next couple of times were done automatically by windows and just looked like it was scanning all of the files without finding a problem

I've attached some pictures of what the screen looks like when it bugs out.

I do not have any other sticks of RAM to try.

Try the onboard graphics and see if the situation is just the same or not.

Also please run Seatools for Dos and run the extended scan. It is Seagate's (which owns Samsung now) diagnostic tool.

Have you uninstalled the AMD CCC? It's more trouble than it's worth really. Check your GPU power cables and its slot for a full good connection. Wiggle your VGA/DVI/HDMI cables to see if that causes the funked up display.
