Windows 7: freezing caused by Direct-X

Windows 10 Home Edition 64 Bit


Here is what I have done.

1. Downloaded Direct-X 9 as you suggested. It reports that I don't need to install drivers as these drivers are already installed.

2. Checked I have all windows updates.

3. Checked that I have the latest firmware for the SSD.

4. Installed the latest Nvidia drivers.

So far no freezes!!

Kernel error caused freezing of Windows
I use 64 bit system and about 15 tines per day i have to restart my laptop that suddently freezing. It happened when i play the video or music. it will not come back if it start freezing. What is causing it???
