    Random BSODs

This is my mum's computer. Last night my parents were using Firefox when a BSOD occurred. It had happened to me using the same computer about a year or more ago but no one reported another BSOD until now so I did not bother to check it out. It appears to have happened more than twice though as there are more than two dumps.

    Hi,

Your crashes seem related to Norton Internet Security/Symantec and Realtek drivers and most
    recent your NIC.
