It seems to be C Media audio driver from the drivers name. Some other Devices like Asus Xonor also uses this driver. Whatever, the audio driver is causing the crashes there. If you have installed the audio card recently, try replacing it. Or search for updates in the manufacturer's website.

When it troubles, better it is to set to legacy driver. So I suggested it to you.

Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall Daemon Tools at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

• Double click to open it.
• Click this button only:
• 
• If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.

You have 29 entries in startup. Free up the startup.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept then restart.

Download and install this particular version of Intel RST.

Most problematic thing. Crap. Does not give you any security, but causes various troubles including network blocking. And you are facing network blockages, too. I am discussing it later. Now you uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Come to your network blockage now.

Do you use RADI? if not, uninstall all the Marvell entries in Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then reboot. At reboot, necessary generic drivers will be auto installed. Marvell's drivers are most poorly coded.

Said about the C Media driver earlier .... added these stuff now. When all the changes are done, let us know how it is working. And, best of luck :)
