Kernel Power Event ID 41 means
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding crashed or lost power unexpectedly.
So it may not be a very useful information.

Can you revert the GPU back to normal from factory overclocks?

That balloon notification is besically a hardware failure, but before being sure, we need to see if the same is happening with any other driver versions. Install the 314.22 WHQL and see how it is running.

    • Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
      • 3D Vision Control Driver
      • 3D Vision Driver
      • Graphics Driver
      • HD Audio Driver
      • PhysX
      • nvidia Update

(Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
    • Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
    • Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Download 314.22 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:

    Let us know the situation.

Edit: If sleep is enabled, disable Sleep in Control Panel > Power options.

To be honest with you I never tried to downclock a GPU in the past. I guess I can do that with MSI Afterburner but b4 that I will try the rollback on drivers.

Shall I use Driver sweeper for clean-up or Driver Fusion instead?

The free version of Driver Fusion does not uninstall all the elements, so use the old version driver sweeper.

    Hi Arc,

It seems that the old drivers are working pretty well so far (on factory oc'ed MSI 560 Ti)!
I just don't understand how it it possible, for a non old skooler gfx, to blame the drivers, can this be possible?

What I can say that the version 314.22 is more stable than the later ones. Many a people (obviously not all of them) had issues with the later version, and a clean install with the 314.22 WHQL made them happy.

I am using that particular driver, too.

Good to know that it is working smoothly now.
For ant further issues, let us know. :)
