BSOD's (mostly when Alt Tabbed in-game)
Hello everyone!
I'm reading Sevenforums for a long time but it was about time for me to post as well. Any suggestions/corrections on my post are welcomed
I hope fellow users to be able to bring ideas on the table as this is getting frustrated.
Unfortunately, I get random BSOD's in-game. Not in particular game thought. For example, in Diablo 3, after 30 mins of playing I hear a beep windows sound and when I try to alt-tab i get the BSOD. Not every time of course. Sometimes, it can take days in order to face the same problem. On other games, I get rarely a BSOD when I'm trying to Alt-Tab to check things like browsing! It can be happened on my 6th try or on 10th to alt-tab, it's totally random. At first, I thought it can be the typical Bad RAM (leak or something). Then the PSU is coming to its end or even the GFX. Anyway...
My custom build (everything on stock) is:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H (latest BIOS-F18)
CPU: I5 2500K
RAM: 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance@1333
GPU: GeForce 560GTX Ti 1GB (currently with 314.07 drivers)
PSU: FP-750W
Sound card: On-Board (for some reason I see 4xNvidia High Definition Audio + VIA High Definition Audio + MS Lifechat LX-3000 under the device manager) The LX-3000 is my headset.
HDD: 1. WD Black 640GB 2. Seagate 500GB 3. Seagate External USB3 500GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
DirectX: Version 11
Keyboard: Logitech G15
Mouse: Logitech MX518
By using BlueScreenView I did find out the BSOD's are related with 3 different error codes (as you can see from the image below:
- 0x50 (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA)
- 0xA (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)
- 0x3B (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION)
Attachment 257733
And here is the SF file: Attachment 257735
I've tried some solutions, over the net, in order to identify the problem but it seems that I'm stuck. What I have tried so far without luck is:
- Format and re-installed windows
- Checked HDD's by HDD Sentinel result:no issues found
- run chkdsk result:no issues found
- Memtest for 7-8 passes result:no issues found
- Benchmarking with 3DMark 11 (on extreme settings) result:no issues found
- Tested PSU voltages with a multimeter or however is called by a friend result:no issues found
Probably,I have tried other things too but it can't come on my mind right now.
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you in advance for your help!!!
regards,
Theodore
