Arc, we reported this issue to Symantec Support and they wanted us to re-created the problem. Lo and behold, the problem hasn't occurred again since my last post. I've been uninstalling Lenovo System Update and Lenovo Solutions Center just in case Symantec didn't like it (we also started receiving many pop ups and warnings from the software that were annoying) but not sure if that did anything.
