BSOD Page Fault in Nonpaged Area after installed MS OFfice 2013

    Hi all,

I have installed MS Office 2013 in my computer few days ago but after the restart, my computer will show blue screen with the captioned error while launched IE 8.

I tried to uninstall the MS Office 2013 and upgraded to IE 10 but still no help.

    Thanks.

Right now it seems that the cause of your blue screen is Intel Graphics Driver.

Go to this link: Intelฎ Driver Update Utility Check the system for latest updates. Download and install them one by one.

Update your ATI graphics driver as well. Please do it in the following method:
Sometimes drivers remain, not completely uninstalled. Follow this tutorial for complete removal of drivers of the particular program:

    Code:
    lmvm atikmpag
    start end module name
    fffff880`04b55000 fffff880`04ba5000 atikmpag T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: atikmpag.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmpag.sys
        Image name: atikmpag.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Jun 30 17:18:14 2011 (4E0C5B76)
        CheckSum: 0004D301
        ImageSize: 00050000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Can you tell me what antivirus you use? I can see none.

    Make scans with the following:

    -Kaspersky TDSSKiller

    -ESET online scanner

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other antiviruses/internet security software. It is free and lightweight:-

       Warning
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Perform a System File Check to check the integrity of all protected Windows 7:
    1. Click on the start
    2. Type CMD on Search
    3. Left click and Run as Administrator
    4. Type
      Code:
      SFC /scannow

    Full tutorial here:

Disk Check on your hard drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it.

Number down items at start-up. Keep only your anti-virus, this also improves the time for logging into windows.

    Let us know the results.
