Try to update Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver from Realtek.
    Code:

Which antivirus do you use? Scan the system for possible virus infection.

    Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and the touchpad driver SynTPEnh.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

Apply the latest version of nVidia display driver.
You may download it directly, from our forum link Latest NVIDIA ForceWare Video Drivers Windows 7; or you may opt for the Option 2 of Drivers- Download NVIDIA Drivers for “Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products” (it requires java installed).

Update Intel Baxter Peak WiMax USB Device Driver and Intel 6250 WiMAX Wireless LAN Driver from Intel Download Center.

Download and install this version of Intel RST only.

    Let us know the results.

I just got my laptop back from the repair shop but there is still problems. He said that if worst comes to worst, he might have to get a new motherboard which will cost 500...
so i have 2 new files.
Also i cannot find those drivers from intel download center. How do you install the RST?

They will not appear by themselves, you have to give the proper specifications in the proper fields to search for the drivers.

For RST, get either the third or the fourth one (.exe). and just double click on it. Is it that tough? I guess no.

You need to uninstall Comodo. It is one of the elements that is crashing the computer.
    Code:
    fffff880`04f1d368 fffff880`01cf1fa0Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\cmdguard.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for cmdguard.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for cmdguard.sys
     cmdguard+0x44fa0
Description here: Driver Reference Table - cmdguard.sys

    Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and the touchpad driver SynTPEnh.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

The display driver is also failing here:

    Code:
    fffff880`0a497dd8 fffff880`0fe4166eUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
     nvlddmkm+0x20c66e
And it is not the latest.

    Code:
    fffff880`0fc35000 fffff880`109ff000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys
        Image name: nvlddmkm.sys
        Timestamp: Mon Mar 05 01:54:46 2012 (4F53CF8E)
        CheckSum: 00DB796E

        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Apply the latest version WHQL of nVidia display driver.
You may download it directly, from our forum link Latest NVIDIA ForceWare Video Drivers Windows 7; or you may opt for the Option 2 of Drivers- Download NVIDIA Drivers for “Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products” (it requires java installed).

During installation, go for advanced installation. Ckeck for the display driver and Physx driver only, and check the perform a clean install box, too.

Finally, there is this one, too.
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
