"Random" BSOD (BCcode124) and total Freezes,even during Win reinstall
Original Build (october 2010):
-Processor : AMD Phenom II x6 1070T
-Motherboard : Asus M4A89 GTD PRO
-Graphics : ATI Radeon HD 5870
-Hard Drive : WD Velociraptor 600Go
-RAM : Kingston 4x2 Go DDR3, 1333MHz , had to be replaced in february 2011 since it had caused me one month of hell (damaged cell). Replaced with same model.
-PSU : FSP Group 550 W, not much written on this.
-OS : Win 7 x64 "Company" edition, I'm french and don't know how "Entreprise" must be translated sorry .
Current Build (no different builds in between) (february 2013):
-Processor : same
-Motherboard : same
-Graphics : Msi Geforce GTX 660
-Hard Drive : Same model, but new drive
-RAM : Corsair XMS3, 2x4Go, 1333MHZ
-PSU : same
-OS : same after many reinstalls, (thanks to the 30-day period registration I only had to ask my company a second licence)
Hi fellows, I'm getting pretty mad at this, my computer can work for an hour without a problem, but once a day (or so) it starts bugging, randomly freezing (no mouse control nor keyboard, and screen frozen) or having BSOD like this (Had to take Whocrashed, Windbg tools is too long to download it always freezes before the end)

As I've seen this looks like a hardware error, and this might be confirmed by the fact that while I clean reinstalled Windows (7 x 64 entreprise), with a drive format, the comp managed to freeze.
I'm actually having to copy paste this text by parts on a .txt file between freezes to expose my problem.
I kinda didn't know what to do so I've tested my RAM with memtest 86+, no errors, multiple passes during 2 nights. Though I bought new ones (Corsair) "just to be sure", still crashed.
My Hard drive had bad sectors, had it replaced (thanks to the warranty), still crashed.
My GPU wasn't so up-to-date (Radeon HD 5870), and was loud as hell, so I decided to upgrade to this GTX 660 from Msi, but my comp still freezes and gets the exact same BSOD.
There's not a single OC on my comp. Both he BIOS and the MBdrivers have been updated correctly, still fails.The RAM frequency and voltage are okay with the builder's .
I ran multiple tests with OCCT and Prime95 to determine which of the CPU, the MB, or the PSU failed.
That's where I'm unable to analyze. With OCCT my CPU heats up to 64°C, yet the 6 cores keep around 59°.
I've read on some forums that 62°C would be a maximum for the PhenomIIx6 1070T . I'm still not sure that the CPU is failing. I've also read that freezing during Win install could incriminate MB, HDD or RAM. For me RAM and HDD are innocent , they're like brand new. Yet i was able to run Prime 95 for about 2 hours, one with small FFT's (don't know what that means though) and one with large. Passed it clean.
I don't know what to do with this, and I would appreciate not-to-have to buy each of the three (CPU, MB and PSU) again, as they're pretty expansive.
