BSOD error 0x00000074, cannot boot in any mode

I was trying to reinstall Windows 7 from the Acer erecovery that is already loaded on the computer and something apparently went wrong and now I have the BSOD right after the windows logo on startup. I cannot boot into any mode and do not have the Windows 7 disk. We have had trouble with google search redirecting and after finally getting fed up, I just wanted to do a complete reinstall and this happened. Is there anything I can do?

    Follow it:
Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

Or, run Startup Repair for three separate times, with restarts after every single run.
