"amd drivers have crashed and successfully recovered." is generally a hardware failure. As it is the first time, consider it as a driver bug initially and roll the driver back to the earlier one that worked good for you.

Ughh. I mean I went to run a WEI and during the graphics analysis the screen flash, came back up with the recovered drivers balloon, and then flashed again and came up with the blue screen stop code 0x116. But when it boots there are red lines running vertically down the screen and I have to boot into safe mode and use a restore point if I want to get back into windows. I dunno if it's worth a shot to uninstall, boot into safemode and run driver sweeper and then try to reinstall the drivers once more
Have you rolled back the driver?
If it is happening irrespective of the driver version, you can do one more thing. Check the Temperature of the system. Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.
If the computer is not overheating, you may test the onboard graphics.... is it happening the same thing there or not.
It's not over heating because theres a vga cooling fan right underneath the gpu blowing air onto it and the machine will stay on for hours no problem, usually right around ~45c. I found a guide on a different site that goes through how to throroughly remove all amd drivers and folders so I may try that
