    Blue screen on shutdown. Usb driver stop code


    Hi guys I've followed the instruction and used the program to collect the dump files etc. Attached.

    Symptoms are as described in the title.

    "Blue screen on shutdown. Usb driver stop code"

    This mightn't have anything to do with the problem, but I've a logictech mouse and keyboard(k260) sending data to a small Usb stick receiver in the hp 6735s laptop.

    Windows 7 32bit.

    Go through steps mentioned in this tutorial: USB Driver - General Fix for Problems

    Download and install Service Pack 1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

    Update your BIOS as well:

    System File Checker:

    Check your hard drive(s) for errors by running chkdsk

    Thanks Kool, This issue is an intermittent one. So what I'll do is mark the issue as solved go through the troubleshooting steps and I'll reopen a case with updated information if the problem continues to persist.
