So first, Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool, too. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one. Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs, too.

• Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
• Windows Defender Offline

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

Despite of the latest display driver, both of them somehow indicates the graphics driver as failing. At this point, I am guessing that are you expecting something more from the old (I think?) ! GB dedicated GPU? Are they crash other than gaming?

Plan for a BIOS update, too.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.

Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

Make it sure that the PSU is supplying adequate power, specially during gameplay, when the computer consumes more power than that of normal usage.

Also, if possible dismantle the PC, clean the inside carefully. Clean the air vents and fan grills, so that it can blow the hot air out freely.

The PSU can be checked manually, but the best way to check it is either to place it in another computer or to place another CPU in this computer.

Temps are within control, but 430 Watt is insufficient enough for a power supply. Specially for gaming.

Plan to have a PSU that is of more wattage.
