nvlddmkm.sys BSOD

I think this is a NVIDIA driver fault but I hope you guys can confirm. I only experienced this when I updated to 314.07 WHQL driver from NVIDIA. Attached is the info needed for BSOD analysis (the latest minidump shows this BSOD). Thanks.
