Wait! Did you follow this tutorial when testing RAM? Each stick must pass at least 7-8 times before it can be declared ok.

Then you need to check the RAM slots on the motherboard, placing a single RAM stick you know that works into a slot with the others empty and running the test again.

Another thing to check is the temps. I had quite a few PCs that reported hardware errors simply because they were running hot. Try running without a case panel and use CPUID HWMonitor to check the temperature

If you are still bent on trashing it, sell it as used, with that hardware is worth at least 150 $, or give it for free to a charity that accepts PCs, they will have techs that will scavenge everything useful before trashing it.

Randomly occurring BSOD, becoming more frequent
This computer's first BSOD was a few months ago, but they have been getting more frequent, along with random freezes. They usually come in succession, so I will get 2 to 3 BSODs in an hour and then none for a few days. Thanks. Windows 7 Profession 64 bit, full retail version Windows...

BSOD occurring randomly
Ran Memtest86+ but no errors were detected; I've also tried updating a few drivers but so far nothing's worked. Sometimes I get the BSOD; other times my computer just restarts randomly. I don't remember installing anything recently that could be the cause of this. I run Windows 7 Home Premium...
