And, It might be that the Ram's are of mismatching FSB. Remove the original 3 GB in case.

Download and install this particular version of Intel RST.

But it is not matching with your statement about the network problem. Let us try some more things. As I am seeing, your NETGEAR WNA3100 N300 Wireless USB Adapter Driver is very old.

BSODs are random, and it's the problem with it. You said it right, it ia a waiting game now.

Nothing, simply nothing is required there to be auto started with windows. All the programs are installed, we can call them anytime from Start> All programs.

We keep antivirus (microsoft security essentials) at statrup only, coz it gives the real time protection; which needed to be started with the OS.

It is the good practice to keep the startup clean. Otherwise programs may conflict at startup and wake up and may cause issues.
