    computer randomly restarts and gives minidump error


    Hello there - hoping someone can help me identify what might be causing my Lap top Toshiba L 750 Satelite to randomly restart and it gives me a minidump error. I ran the SF Diagnostic Tool as instructed and the zipped folder is below:

    Number down items at start-up. Keep only your anti-virus, this also improves the time for logging into windows.

    Caused by: Driver Description: Realtek USB Card Reader

    Update to latest driver version available: Driver Reference Table - RtsUStor.sys
    Sometimes drivers remain, not completely uninstalled. Follow this tutorial for complete removal of drivers of the particular program:

    Kelyca , can you please provide the serial or the model number of the laptop? Follow the steps below

    Open up a command prompt window . Click on button type in CMD in the Search box and press ENTER . Enter the command that you see below inside the command window .

       Note

    Its ok of the command opens up to C:\Users\{UserName}>_


    To get the serial number enter this command

    Besides what Koolkat has given you, many of your primary drivers are outdated. The exact, and complete, model number is needed to help find the drivers but the Toshiba web site will have driver updates that you can download. It appears that you may not have updated your system with the Toshiba drivers available to date.

    Did you update your drivers from the Toshiba site? The text file you posted is of no use.
