Stop messages 0x00000023 and 0x00000024 Descriptive text: FAT_FILE_SYSTEM or NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
Usual cause: The hard disk is fragmented or there is excessive file I/O. This Stop error may also be cause by drive-mirroring or some antivirus software.

Your AVG AV is contributing to your BSOD'S:

    Uninstall and install MSE:
    Microsoft Security Essentials.
Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Also please Run chkdsk /f/r in an elevated command prompt.
Click on the Start > Type in search cmd
Right click cmd at top and Run as Administrator
At the command prompt please type: chkdsk /f/r
(Note: there is a space between chkdsk and /f/r)

    Also defragment your HDD.

STRONGLY recommend if the above fails to solve that you install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 unless you really do enjoy having BSOD's? :)

    Cheers

RE: igdkmd64.sys I don't know which version Graphics card I have. I tried this utility but the installation failed even after I updated java.

RE: AVG, are you suggesting I uninstall AVG altogether and replace with MSE?

I ran chkdsk. When I restarted, it said something like "Disk clean" then started right up. I assume everything is ok on that? Left my PC on overnight and woke up to a BS. Please see attached dump file.

I will defrag soon. Maybe tonight.

    Hi.

    1. Follow Vistakings suggestion and he will find your Intel Driver.
    2. Yes uninstall AVG as it is contributing to your BSOD'S and install MSE.
    3. Install Service Pack 1.

    Cheers

    Hi Roy

Looking at your Serial Number it doesn't have any drivers for your Graphic Card.

Can you run this program and upload the image .

Last night, I uninstalled AVG and installed MSE but did not restart my pc. I woke up to a BS and after I restarted, the USB that my keyboard was in was dead. I now have my keyboard plugged in to my front USB. Please find attached the minidump.
