Mulitple BSOD while downloading on Steam and general internet

I've been having multiple BSOD errors such as 0x1E, 0x3B, etc. I've also had problems with Windows randomly freezing and/or restarting without a BSOD. I've attached the latest dump file in the hopes that someone can help. My profile has the major of my computer components in it but I'll post anything you need.

The strangest thing is that most of the issues have come when I'm downloading in Steam and on the internet. I can play games like Path of Exile, Skyrim or Dead Space without a any type of crash, BSOD or freeze, but just being on Steam or the internet I crash every time.

Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Save -> Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.

Please upload your msinfo32.txt file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Export -> Save as msinfo32.txt and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .txt file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.

Avast! is contributing to your crashes. Please uninstall it with its removal tool:

Update this driver: Driver Reference Table - Rt64win7.sys
Sometimes drivers remain, not completely uninstalled. Follow this tutorial for complete removal of drivers of the particular program:
    Code:
    1: kd> lmvm Rt64win7
    start end module name
    fffff880`04600000 fffff880`046a0000 Rt64win7 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: Rt64win7.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys
        Image name: Rt64win7.sys
        Timestamp: Tue Sep 27 20:50:33 2011 (4E81E2B9)

    Microsoft Security Essentials.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other antiviruses/internet security software. It is free and lightweight:-

       Warning
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Perform a System File Check to check the integrity of all protected Windows 7 :
    1. Click on the start
    2. Type CMD on Search
    3. Left click and Run as Administrator
    4. Type
      Code:
      SFC /scannow

    Full tutorial here:

Disk Check on your hard drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it.

Reduce items at start-up. Nothing except anti-virus is required.

    Additional Hardware Check:
Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using CrystalDiskInfo:

Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:

Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

       Note
Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule out the faulty stick.

       Information
Errors are sometimes found after 8 passes.

       Tip
Do this test overnight, before going to bed.

If Memtest86+ does not find any errors with ram run Windows Memory Diagnostics for 7-8 passes following its tutorial:
    Let us know the results.

Thank you for the advice koolkat77. So here is the update:

    msinfo32 - attached
    avast - uninstalled
    realtek drivers (Rt64win7.sys) - updated
Driver Sweeper - used to clean old drivers prior to updated drivers above
Microsoft Security Essentials - installed and full scan, no detections
Anti-Malware - installed and full scan, no detections
System file check (SFC /scannow - run, no integrity violations
Disk Check - I ran this 2 days ago, not sure how this works, but it looks like it might have fixed some things
Start up - cleaned up, only antivirus runs on start up
    Crystal disk - attached
Seatools for windows - ran basic tests-fix all long, PASS
Memtest86 - ran this last Thursday, 12 passes no errors

I downloaded the new LAN driver and uninstalled Avast this morning prior to work. Ever since coming home tonight, I've had no crashes. However, as I think back, most of my crashed happened when I was downloading and on the internet at the same time. Whether that was downloading from Steam or using Nexus Mod Manager for Skyrim, and then being on the internet at the same time. I have not done that tonight because I just finished running Seatools. Anyway, I'm going to try and reproduce the crashes by do those things to see if I have problems.

Anything else you see from the attachments?

Just as an added note, after completing all the steps above, for the first time since building this computer 2 weeks ago, I was able to download a game from Steam without a freeze, a random restart or a BSOD. Can't be more happy about that.

While I was downloading, I was playing 3 Youtube videos at the same time and surfing Reddit... so basically that would have caused a crash 100% of the time prior to this.

EDIT: Spoke too soon. I was watching Youtube and running the System Readiness Update Tool, because I was trying to fix the issue where my Windows Updater will not install about 6 updates, and then I heard this loud sound from my speakers and my computer froze, then restarted, no BSOD. I could not find anything in my event logs that would point me in any direction plus without a BSOD, I'm not sure where to look for possible error logs besides the events log.

Reseat the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller device. Do you have any external device plugged into your system? (Except mice/keyboard)
