Please read the manual carefully .

The BIOS file itself has to be put into a floppy or a USB and make sure its bootable

Create a bootable USB run this commands inside an elevated command prompt

Elevated command prompt procedure : click on button type CMD inside the search box once you see CMD pop under Programs (1) right click and choose Run as administrator . You may also do the keyboard shortcut by pressing these keys CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER . Press ALT+ Y if you get the UAC window .

On to the commands : Press [ ENTER ] after every command

    Code:

    Diskpart
    Lisk Disk
    Select Disk #
    Clean
    Create Partition Primary
    Select Partition 1
    Active
    Format FS=fat32 quick
    Assign
    Exit
    Exit
       Note

#:is the number listed as your USB drive when you type list disk . You could also tell by the size

That's incase you have a floppy drive. I recommend you place it inside a USB flash drive . ( on the root of the drive not inside a folder )
