First of all, go it https://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help...n-problem.html, close it by marking it as solved. Otherwise we will merge these two threads. You are not supposed to create multiple threads for a same problem. Create a new thread only when the earlier issue is over.

The present crash dump indicates to Quick Heal AntiVirus as the crashing element.

Uninstall QuickHeal. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

It's a mater of a trade off. Either you rip the benefit of the money you paid to QuickHeal and suffer from BSODs, or you forget the money, use the free antivirus suggested twice and have a crsh free computer. I just can say that I would never invest my hard earned money on QuickHeal.

Next, Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

If you get more BSODs, post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Another blue screen antivirus company said to upgrade to latest version 7.0.0.4 from 7.0.0.1 which I did so I would like to know if it is still the antivirus which is causing problem. I have even send the dump file to Quick heal company .

Any more information is needed there? I guess no.

If you want to be free of BSODs, get red of QuickHeal. If you want to use QuickHeal...... accept the BSODs as normal

And dont start any further thread by being disappointed at my reply .... you get the same reply everywhere.

I see the same thing Archie has posted.

In addition, it may be necessary that you update your Windows 7 to SP1. Numerous critical updates and bug fixes were made to many Windows' drivers. It could be that your new AV is not compatible with the old drivers. Further attempts to debug an old Windows version are useless.

You have been told by 3 helpers to uninstall this Quickheal stuff. As far as I know it's a crapware that does little in the way of protection and collect your info and money.
But keep it if you must.

You may try updating Intel(R) 82578DC Gigabit Network Connection driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx, byt with QuickHeal present in the system, your network will never be able to perform properly.

I wonder why somebody ask for help when they are not ready to take the suggestions.
