    No. I wanted to see if the other things I did worked. Unfortunately, it just happened again. This time, however, I managed to get a dump file and would appreciate it if someone could have a look at it.

    Probably caused by tcpip.sys.. I would recommend uninstalling Norton as a test.

    Ya. I hate doing it that way but I also don't like to put a whole lot into trial and error when it comes to computers. Recoveries are almost painless.

    So if the BSOD's haven't occurred after the recovery mark your thread as solved:
