Is this what you're looking for with the Crystal?

    Well, that's all of them.

I'm gonna wait for your word on which Toshiba diagnostics to use.

I would try the top test you listed, and CDI (Crystal Disk Info), doesn't seem to think your temperature for your hard-drive is too healthy either. 50*C is very warm for a hard-drive, my temperature for my hard-drive is 29*C, and I'm using a laptop.

Make sure you clean the inside of the computer case very carefully (with a can of compressed air) and make sure all your fans and heatsinks are clear of dust.

I need to go get some compressed air..
    I'll do that tomorrow.

On the plus side, my internet seems to be working again for absolutely no reason

    O.O

Words cannot describe what I felt when I took off my fan.
    Like seriously.
I was thinking ok I blew air into the fan, I guess I should look under it..
I didn't even notice it at first...
I know you're supposed to dust your laptop pretty frequently, but jeez!

Also, the internet is still super touchy.. It works fine everywhere except my apartment though, and I'm leaving in about two months so I really couldn't care less.

Aaaand after pretty much idling, did a small amount of stuff getting this page open and getting the dropbox link, my HDD temp is at 39C.
It was at about 25C on startup and it was the fastest load I have probably ever seen my laptop do.
