Getting BSOD overnight as well as occasionally on startup

Hi all,

My computer has been shutting down unprompted upon leaving on overnight and additionally, on startup, I occasionally (but not always) get a BSOD with the keyword 0x8000000000000002. I've tried several adjustments with no success and am getting a bit frustrated.

I've attached my Windows SevenForums Diagnostics Tool results for your review. Any help anyone can provide as to what might be causing these errors is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!

Thanks for the comprehensive response,

Ok, I've returned the CPU to default speed and voltage and have run the disk check. I got past the disc check screen and got the following error when Windows popped.

I assume it's safe to entirely remove the VirtuMVP (I wonder if it's causing issues due to the fact that I have a 3-monitor setup)? I've also run memtest for multiple passes before I changed any of the settings and everything passed. Any further guidance anyone can provide is greatly appreciated, thanks!!

BSOD 3b during installation process and occasionally on startup
