The BSOD is caused by Marvell Yukon networking driver.
    Code:

    *                                                                             *

    *******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

And the driver is extremely old.

Update it from Marvell - Support

Display driver is also causing some problems.
    Code:

dxgmms1.sys is system driver of display element. so we need to check for the third party display driver. Which turned out to be very old.

Update it. Either from Sony : VPCCW2S1E/B updates | Download updates for VPCCW2S1E/B or from Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, for NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.

Uninstall BullGuard following this method. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

    Let us know the results.

Arc thank for your help. The Marvell driver fixed the problem. May i ask a couple of questions?

    1) What software did you use to read the dump file?
    2) Why do you not like bullguard? I have found it to be much better than microsoft security.

Nice to know that your problem is fixed :)

    Answers to your questions ....

    1. I use Debugging Tools for Windows to read the crash dumps.
    2. It is not the question of not liking. All the antivirus programs are good, keeping the fact in mind that those programs are programmed for some different reason, to achieve some different goals. That makes their programs a bit mismatch with the system, sometimes. Those programs block the native windows hardware and software activities, to emphasize on their own goal, that is to keep you secure. There is no doubt that their goal is great.

But when the computer is crashing, we need to eliminate all the possible causes. In your case, it was network access failure. Third party antivirus programs does the same very often. So I suggested it to you. It is not anything must. If it had been a must. it would have got the due priority in my post.
