What is the exact model of your Acer PC ?

Try this command . Open command prompt by clicking on the start button type cmd inside the Search program and files box . Press on the [ENTER] key and enter the command below

Click Save . Save it to your desktop. Right click on the .zip folder and choose Extract All... Change the word " Downloads" to Desktop and click Next and it will create a folder with the exact name just without the zipper on it.

Did you install the driver ? Keep the thread open for a few days and when you don't get any BSOD then you may close the thread by marking it solved .
