BSOD after laptop motherboard replacement 0x000000c2

I had my laptop motherboard replaced a couple months ago and since then every couple of weeks I will get a BSOD.

Here is the most recent error message:

    Problem signature:

    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: c2
    BCP1: 0000000000000007
    BCP2: 000000000000109B

    BCP4: FFFFF8A004C15010
    OS Version: 6_1_7601

I have attached the diagnostic zip file.
Is there anything I can do?

Please begin by running the system file checker:

    SFC.EXE /SCANNOW
Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the search box, right click on the cmd.exe and select "Run as adminstrator"
In the black window that opens, type "SFC.EXE /SCANNOW" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
Let the program run and post back what it says when it's done.
then from the same command prompt run this command:

    Code:
    chkdsk /f /r
Reboot after the second command, and it will run a check disk before it finishes booting.

Also be sure that the Hard drive is seated properly.

Last check for hard drive problems by running through this tutorial:
