BSOD since new motherboard installed

All the failing moduls are Ntfs.sys, fltmgr.sys and fileinfo.sys. A common trio. May occur simply due to a bad HDD, or improperly placed/bad cables; as well as virus infections and even due to some file system monitoring mechanism of an ambitious antivirus.

Do some disc checks.

1. Update your SSD's Firmware (Skip it, if you are not using a SSD)
2. Re-seat the sata and power. Also you may try changing the SATA cables.
   
3. Place the SATA port in another unused port on the motherboard (assuming a particular port is problematic).
4. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
5. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
   Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

Have you performed a clean reinstall after swapping the motherboard?

And upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

1. Click on the start button
2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Well, is the raid setup a must for you? For most of the common users, it is not.

Think carefully, and act accordingly.

If RAID is not any must, uninstall JMicron.

Dont worry .... if you uninstall it, it will not loss any functionality at all.
After uninstalling, follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling to clean up the leftovers.

But if raid is a must, then, and only then, plan for update JMicron.

You can see the installed driver is very old, so it is subject to fail. Update it from Driver

The motherboard might be new, but the BIOS is old.

bonkers20, the JMicron also is a driver for your rear eSATA ports if you use them.
You might also check for a Marvell driver update for SATA.

I have missed something, what board are we working on here?
