BSOD and random Crashing after reformatting

As the title states, I reformatted my computer. About a month ago or so to be precise.
Before I reformatted my PC was running fine. My hard drive was just getting full and I didn't really want or need anything on it; so to revitalize my system I decided to go ahead and reformat my pc to try and give it a breath of fresh air.

Although near immediately thereafter at random times (I could be doing anything from using the calculator, to watching a youtube video, reading news, or playing a game) my computer would randomly freeze and become completely unresponsive unless forcibly rebooted.
And what really stinks is because these freezes were so sudden it wouldn't even give me a blue screen and/or create a dump.
Although thankfully there were a couple of times early on that a blue screen did popup to give me an error code I could see - not every time though would it create a dump. Sometimes it would freeze even further before the dump file could be completely made. A freeze within a freeze... FREEZECEPTION! teehee

    ...Anyways...

I troubleshooted the best I could.

I switched from wifi to ethernet.
I switched from a really old wireless headset to a hardline headset.
I removed a bucketload of excess software.
I did a memtest - everything was fine.
I ran a drive checker - everything was fine.
I also used the windows tool to check the drive for errors - none to be found.
I updated any driver I could find.

Note I put those in bold because normally a memtest and checks on the HD are what everyone assumes first, and I did too. But all tests came out clean. Not to mention that everything was working fine just seconds before my reformatting, but then not 2 hours after I had my first crash.

You'll notice 3 dmp files. one of the 8th, 15th, and then one from today.
It was after the 15th that I did all the troubleshooting of my own listed above.

It used to freeze on me a few times a day, but now it only does it once a day (if at all) so I did something right I guess.
I am just in need of some assistance to get me through this issue completely.

I have attached my zip file from the diag tool
And because I am in a rush for time instead of filling in my profile system specs I have added a new file in the zip folder from cpu-z with all the system specs I have, and then some.

I hope to hear from someone soon so I can get this all cleared!

Just to clarify after formatting HDD did you perform a clean install ?
I notice you have Portable Programs\CleanMyPC v1.5.7 these programs generally create more problems than they solve best off without it
You have three different error code in the dumps you uploaded
    BSOD Index
    BSOD Index
    BSOD Index

These would suggest memory problems or a dodgy driver
I know you said you ran memtest but how many passes? needs to be 7-8 minimum preferably more, also mem problems can be HDD related (pagefile/hiberfile) so would be good to perform a thorough HDD check on ALL drives connected to machine
Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure using something like SeaTools | Seagate

In the 2nd dump there is complaint of usbaudio.sys but in the third dump it is not present (or not loaded) so guessing something was removed/deactivated that may explain the progress in crash frequency

After confirming these things it may be a good idea to enable driver verifier to see if you can flush out a faulty driver, if you are going to do this make sure you read all the info first as sometimes you need to go to safemode to disable it!!

My memtest ran for over a dozen passes overnight while I slept.
As to the usbaudio in the second dump, that was more than likely my old wireless headset that I got rid of and replaced with a hard line headset. I have not received that particular error code since the switch.
I'll do another HD Diagnostic with one of the ones you listed, hopefully it finds something I couldn't with other methods.
I'll also look into doing a driver verifier.

And backtracking a bit, the cleanmypc I only downloaded about a ago after a crash pissed me off. After installing and running it, surprisingly the crashes got less frequent. But I only planned on running it once and just haven't gotten around to uninstalling it.

Ok shouldnt be a problem then, post back after the HDD checks and may also be worth running a SFC scan
    Click start>type cmd>right click & select run as admin>type sfc /scannow>enter
