BSOD and random Crashing after reformatting
As the title states, I reformatted my computer. About a month ago or so to be precise.
Before I reformatted my PC was running fine. My hard drive was just getting full and I didn't really want or need anything on it; so to revitalize my system I decided to go ahead and reformat my pc to try and give it a breath of fresh air.
Although near immediately thereafter at random times (I could be doing anything from using the calculator, to watching a youtube video, reading news, or playing a game) my computer would randomly freeze and become completely unresponsive unless forcibly rebooted.
And what really stinks is because these freezes were so sudden it wouldn't even give me a blue screen and/or create a dump.
Although thankfully there were a couple of times early on that a blue screen did popup to give me an error code I could see - not every time though would it create a dump. Sometimes it would freeze even further before the dump file could be completely made. A freeze within a freeze... FREEZECEPTION! teehee
...Anyways...
I troubleshooted the best I could.
I switched from wifi to ethernet.
I switched from a really old wireless headset to a hardline headset.
I removed a bucketload of excess software.
I did a memtest - everything was fine.
I ran a drive checker - everything was fine.
I also used the windows tool to check the drive for errors - none to be found.
I updated any driver I could find.
Note I put those in bold because normally a memtest and checks on the HD are what everyone assumes first, and I did too. But all tests came out clean. Not to mention that everything was working fine just seconds before my reformatting, but then not 2 hours after I had my first crash.
You'll notice 3 dmp files. one of the 8th, 15th, and then one from today.
It was after the 15th that I did all the troubleshooting of my own listed above.
It used to freeze on me a few times a day, but now it only does it once a day (if at all) so I did something right I guess.
I am just in need of some assistance to get me through this issue completely.
I have attached my zip file from the diag tool
And because I am in a rush for time instead of filling in my profile system specs I have added a new file in the zip folder from cpu-z with all the system specs I have, and then some.
I hope to hear from someone soon so I can get this all cleared!
