But was McAfee the whole problem? Can't be it actually because after the first reinstall I did I didn't install McAfee yet before it crashed again.

Yes for the latest crash. Your last dump reported it was McAfee drivers.
Also I advised to check memory.
Also use MSE for your Anti-Virus:
Microsoft Security Essentials.
Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

Hopefully now you will have no more issues. :)

Ok, I'll install it later today. I'll also run the memory check this night. Thanks for the tips!
Btw, can I still reply on this thread if I mark it as solved?
Good Stuff.
I would leave the thread open for a few days before marking it as solved.
To see if the issue is completely resolved and no problems remain.
Cheers

When I started up the PC today, I noticed that the background of my desktop returned to the windows background. Also I missed some shortcuts. This seems like the system got set back to another point of time. All the drivers are still installed though, and even microsoft security essentials (installed it last night) is there.
Can I check the log of the set back? Here is the Diagnostic Tool info: Attachment 262319 of today:
Did you just upgrade to Service Pack 1 and install Windows updates?
That might have caused the apparent setback and Windows background change?
Or did you do a system restore?
If not I would set a restore point regardless:

I think the new service pack got installed yesterday, but I didn't really check what was being installed. Wouldn't be surprised if that caused the problem though.
I think most likely that was the issue.
Any feedback? Is the computer more stable. Anymore BSOD's?
Cheers

No, I haven't had any BSOD's. I ran the memory check this night and after 16 hours it said that it had done 13 tests, 0 errors and a 100% pass. I think everything is solved now and I want to thank you all! Normally I never post on forums, but this time I didn't have any other possibility. I'll solve the thread if everyone is OK by that?
