Windows 7: BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NNOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error 0x000000d1

01 Apr 2013   #1

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I've been having some BSODs in the last day or 2, and I've had a couple of different errors, mainly DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, and just now I had the INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I have a Clevo w35_37ET with windows 7 ultimate x64, but i'm not very familiar with this type of errors, any help would be welcome. Thanks!

It could be that your display driver is not compatible with your hardware.
Your current Nvidia driver is dated: nvlddmkm.sys Sat Feb 09 17:13:08 2013

Since you didn't include the other necessary debug files, I can't say what the release version of your Nvidia drivers may be. If you recently updated these drivers, try to roll back to the previous version.

It is the graphics drivers. I formatted the laptop and as soon as I installed Intel HD Graphics 4000 the blue screen apeared after rebooting... Or the graphic cards them selves... My laptop has 2 graphic cards, Intel and and nvidia gtx 660m...

It doesn't help that you rearranged the chess board by a reinstall.
I've been digging deep into previous dumps and it appears the return from a Deferred Procedure Call (DPC) is timing out. It looks like call is coming from spsys.sys that is normally associated starting virus checker software. I couldn't identify what AV package you're using. (Can't read Portuguese.)

I would suggest you un-install your current AV and install Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE). Update it then run a full AV scan. In addition to MSE, down load the free version of Malwarebytes Antimalware (MBAM). Update it and run a full scan with it also.

The following is for information purposes only:
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
