Blue Screen when Opening Flash Media Encoder 2.5

Hi I been getting BSOD while trying to open it.
If someone here could help verified the problem that will be great, Thanks.

My specs are:
Windows 7 Pro 32bit
T2400 Dual Core 1.83GHZ
3.0GB Ram

I just installed Win7 x64 and whenever I open an image (jpg) the monitor screen goes to blue and white lines with dashed black lines.
