Ok well to any person who has had this problem i have the answer for you here. My Ram sticks are bad. I did not get any help here, just people pointing out problems with my post. Anyway the Gents from Tom,hardware pointed me to a program called Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

I burned it to a disc and reboot my PC and ran the program. if you have eight Ram sticks then you need to run eight passes. come the second stick.. error's started to pop up and i then stopped the program. I then turned off my pc and remove all but one ram stick. then I tested each stick at a time till i found the bad stick.

Any person who has this problem i hope you find this post because it very stressful time with a PC wort alot of money and not knowing the actual problem. Anyway best of luck,

Thanks for the update baz. That seems like a decent diagnostic tool and I am going to run it on my PC as well. You seem upset that you didn't find the answers you were looking for here and I'm sorry for that. I kept close tabs on your issue but with my limited experience I would have been no help. Hope your PC issues clear up and you no longer get your BSOD.
