BSOD Working on Autocad, error 0x000000d1

I'm facing an issue on my machine it's BSOD and i think the reason is the network adapter driver,
I have updated the driver from,
since then the crash started to happen daily instead of each three/two days.
here is the details of the crash:

windows version: Windows 7 Service Pack 1, 6.1, build: 7601
windows dir: C:\Windows
CPU: AuthenticAMD AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T Processor AMD586, level: 16
6 logical processors, active mask: 63
RAM: 17170178048 total
VM: 2147352576, free: 1908269056

On Tue 3/12/2013 9:25:57 AM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\031213-12355-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: e1q62x64.sys (0xFFFFF88002F7BDF4)
Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0xFFFFFA802B400000, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF88002F7BDF4)
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\e1q62x64.sys
product: Intel(R) Gigabit Adapter
company: Intel Corporation
description: Intel(R) Gigabit Adapter NDIS 6.x driver
Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: e1q62x64.sys (Intel(R) Gigabit Adapter NDIS 6.x driver, Intel Corporation).

I've attached the SF Log file.

Thanks in advance.

Update the driver from

McAfee blocks network very frequently.
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee\Managed Services
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus
Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Free up the startup.
  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Let us know the results.

Thanks for response,

But I have already updated my NIC using Intel website and auto intel devices discovery service.

The issue is only happening when i'm working on Autocad and working on some file on the network(NAS Drive).

now after i posted this thread i have downgraded NIC driver to the latest one that ASUS has on their website, which is older that the one exist in intel about 1 year.
