Just had another thought I installed a theme on my home computer once that caused blue screens due to compatibility issues, I ended up having to do a system restore to fix it. But for the moment please do as arc orriginaly asked and run an SFC /scannow from an administrative command prompt.
To do this open the start menu > type "cmd" into the search box without the quotes> right click on the cmd icon> select run as administrator > then enter the following command:

    Code:
    sfc /scannow
you may need to reboot after running this command.
