    Multiple BSODs

Hello again! Last summer I had some bsod problems with this very same computer, and with help from you guys, I seemed to get it to a working state. But now they are back. I think. Back then they only appeared under heavy load, like gaming or furmark. Now they just come and go as they please, like while browsing the internet or watching videos. Anyway, I decided to make a new thread since the other one is pretty old and the nature of the BSODs differ from those back then.

As stated in the title, the BSODs vary. Even after disabling auto reboot, they sometimes disappear instantly. Sometimes, before a bsod occours, the computer becomes very tacky; i can't close windows, enter text in text fields, etc. Like gererally unresponsive. After that, some artifacts appear on the screen and the sound loops for a bit - and bam, it's a bluescreen.

I'll upload the folder from the diagnostics tool in a bit - I'm scared the computer acts up and I have to write this post yeat again. I'll also provide a link to the old thread.

    Specs of my computer:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU: AMD Phemon II x4 965 BE (C3-stepping)
    Motherboard: Asus M4A785TD-V EVO
    RAM: 2x2 GB of F3-10666CL9d g.skill Ripjaws DDR3-1333
Graphics card: HIS Radeon 5870 i cooler
    PSU: Chieftech CFT-600-14CS
    HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB (HD502HJ)
    Optirach DWD-RW 22x Drive

Logitech K200-keyboard, G700 mouse and the ASUS wlan stick.

Thank you for any and all help!

Im afraid your logs dont hold the dump files.

Please reconfigure windows to collect the correct info
You want small memory dumps - "MiniDumps"

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html

And here are the instructions for posting:

       Tip
Ensure you click the "GRAB ALL" button and then wait for each window to appear in turn and then click OK

Whoopsie, I think I accidently closed the program midway trough last time. Anyway, this time I got the message to rename the folder, so I think I got it right! I updated the attachement in the original post.

Scrap that, I failed to read your post :/. I'll post the minidumps when some more BSODs occur.

You need to get rid of this driver:

    ASACPI ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 03:30:36 2005
Relates to: Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (a known BSOD maker in Win7). Also a part of many Asus utilities
Please uninstall this utility from your system, which should uninstall the driver as it a well known causer of BSOD's.
Or you can manually uninstall it if the utility is not present on your computer by navigating to:

C:\windows\system32\drivers and locating the ASACPI.sys file.
    Right click and delete. Reboot

Run SFC to check the integrity of all Windows 7 system files:

Right click cmd at top and Run as Administrator
Type SFC /scannow at the prompt

Also ensure you have all the latest Windows updates installed.

    Post back any results/observations

Thanks a bunch! I think I did everthing you suggested. I updated the amd drivers earlier today, and got rid of logitech setpoint altogether - turns out they discontinued it and replaced it with a similiar product. I hope the drivers for that are gone too. I'm not sure if I missed something on updating the wlan adapeter, since you linked me to the motherboard's downloads. Anyway, I think found the right driver for the usb stick from asus' site. Running SFC didn't turn up anythig, it said windows 7 system files are fine and dandy!
So, i guess thats that. I'll post back in a bit and tell if these steps solved the problem! Thanks again!

    No problem.
Make sure to get rid of that Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver: ASACPI.sys

Ahh sorry, didnt realise it was USB adapter

Hopefully that will sort out your BSOD's.

    Look forward to your feedback.

    Cheers

Yeah, I forgot to mention getting rid of ASACPI.sys. Unfortunately, the bsods did not stop. I got two bsods, one while running furmark, and one playing league of legends. I attached a new set of dump files to this post.

EDIT: Taking a look at the windows updates, i realised that two updates have been installing at every shut down. The problem is the exact same as these guys are having. I think I should give the .NET framework cleaner a shot, since trying to uninstall them did nothing.

Are they the latest crashes? As they show ASACPI.sys and ATI 2012 drivers still installed?

Have you updated your ATI drivers as #4 as from your latest crash they are dated 2012
    and are causing the issues?

Yeah, the two latest (mini)dumps (if they are possible to differentiate) in the zip are the latest ones. And yeah, I updated the AMD drivers this morning, before the latest two bsods. The 2012 drives were from december. As for ASACPI.sys, I deleted it from the driver folder in system32, and double-checking now, it's indeed gone. I edited my last post regarding a update issue that might have something to do with all this.

EDIT: The latest two dumps should be minidumps, since I changed the setting today.

Sorry those 3 crash dumps dated 4/4/2013 are the ones Ive already analysed.

You will have to post up the newer ones or wait for another BSOD.

    Cheers
